I was very disappointed with my stay. The first night we got in super late and it seems like we were given the worst room of the hotel. The walls had scuff marks, there were some loose wall papers, the room was very small and we felt very cramped. The bathroom smelled too. They didn't tell us the wifi was free. Not enough instructions when we checked in. And on day two after I asked for a room change because it was a very 1-star room. I was advised to leave my luggage downstairs until a room was available. We came back at 10 pm and our bags were still downstairs. I thought we didn't have a room since the representative who was helping us had no clue. It took the other representative to tell me he didn't know what to do with my bags yet the girl who I spoke to the night before said all that would be in the notes. On the 3rd day, the alarm went off in the entire hallway. I called down and asked for security or someone to fix it and no one ever came. I spoke to the made and she barely spoke English. It was sad when I spoke to the representative in the front and they acted like nothing had gone off or were concerned about it. It did occur on the 14th floor and went off 5 times. We couldn't go back to sleep after that. Also in the advertisement, it says parking is free. They tried charging me extra a day. I talked them down but I still was charged for parking. This hotel is very subpar. The people couldn't help and seem lost. I was very disappointed and to have a Sheraton name is shameful.
