Roseate House London, Hyde Park

Room was so cramped up and small. Think they gave me the most inferior room down in the property with a view of the backside. There was too much noise from what i think was the power generator or heater outside that caused windows to vibrate and disrupted my sleep. Room was clean although bathroom had rickety fittings - especially under the bathtub the panel kept falling when bathroom door was opened or closed. Shower felt like a water cannon and hot water wasn’t there at times. Very small bathroom with little room to manoeuvre. The biggest plus with this property is location. Thats it.

The location of the hotel is great for those who want to stay away from the crowd but with good tube connectivity. But the hotel is antiquated. The room was very noisy and one could hear the plumbing and the lift clanging in the room. One of the 2 sinks in our room was blocked and the other had a leaky tap. Breakfast is slow and with a very limited menu. And it took ages to get absolutely anything served. Though the staff is very helpful and courteous, there is only so much they can do for making an old hotel workable.

Location is excellent. Food and service is superb. We had a very comfortable stay and the place was so well connected to tube stations and train station and airports

Very good location of the hotel close to paddington station, lots of restaurants around. The rooms are average size and the restaurant is very small, when the hotel is busy better to book in advance as getting the table can be challenge especially for breakfast. Staff is good although need a bit more organised.

Roseate House is a small boutique hotel. The cleanliness in the hotel was the best thing. The staff were very helpful and always smiles. The location was also great close to Hyde Park and Tube Station of Lancaster. Will always recommend this hotel.
