The breakfast was same every morning. They should change breakfast menu every day. Keep different variety of food. Also, there was no complimentary water provided in the room but they had kept tea bags, coffee powder etc. How does one make tea and coffee without water ? also, the area near the door once we enter had no lights. They should have lights there as well. A heater would also be a good option to have. Why no lunch and dinner in the Holiday Inn Express London - Croydon by IHG restaurant?
