Mercure London Heathrow Hotel

50 pounds we had paid there for security deposit but at the check out time they did not return me back and said its not showing in there computer.

Hotel located at a very convenient place near heathrow airport, but the rooms are very small, not as what shown picture

Very small room, despite claiming it to be a twin bed. Turned out to be a 1 bed! loud hostess talking at the breakfast bar area, our countrymen really show us up! and a fire alarm that went off early morning for a few seconds, just as you get deep sleep. Beautiful.

Veey nice hotel. Nice location. Good hospitality. Cleanliness superb. Food was awsome. Staff is very bumble and polite.

My booking was from 5 th October however the flight was preponed and the travel agent didn't inform us. immediately we called the hotel Mercure London and asked them to postpone it by one day as we will be reaching next day and they agreed to it and said that the stay will be extended by a day. Disappointingly while check out they charged us €90 per day

Very near to Heathrow and Hays. Car park facility with good breakfast.

This is the tiniest room I have been in and the food is just okay. The 25 pound dinner is just average.

Nice Hotel with good rooms. Close to all market areas and public transportation.

Overall a good hotel. Helpful staff. Little bit off the main area but very near to Heathrow airport, hotel even arranged the airport drop at nominal charges. Rooms are good and spacious, very well accommodate 3 pax.

Kept waiting while checking in. Room, especially WC, was not clean. Toilet flush not working. No hot water supply on 27th November morning, due to maintenance which was not intimated while checking in ... It takes time for the reception to answer the phone!

It was pleasure. Location is good as close to heathrow. We enjoyed our stay. Will come again for sure.. Good staff and very cooperative. Absolute value for money. I am happy I selected this location.

Black Taxi from Heathrow terminal 4 took 35euro to reach hotel at 1:30 am.. So, don't prefer this one if you are coming here late night. Hotel has shuttle service to all terminals of airport and it cost 5euro each.. It is available from 6am to 11pm.
