Location is good but too costly

I stayed in this Kingsway Park Hotel at Park Avenue my meeting location is very close. But don't stay here. It is too costly and not at all worthy. It has no lift. I have to go to 3rd floor and steps are too steep. Rooms are very much congested. This room is like staying in railway toilet. Bathroom you can understand how small it could be. For the price I paid I could easily get best Hotel 2-3 miles away. Fill it is very bad experience for me.

It's an average Kingsway Park Hotel at Park Avenue. The staff is friendly and the location is close to Paddington station. The neighborhood is nice however the building is little old and needs rework. The room is smaller and even the bathrooms are small. The breakfast provided by the Kingsway Park Hotel at Park Avenue is good.
