familyClean hotel, easily accessible from the major tube lines - drl, elizabeth, jubilee. The nearest was drl station. The other two lines were a 10-minute walk. Uber boat services was also nearby from canary wharf jetty. There is a supermarket nearby and you can get food from there too. Decent breakfast spread. The only issue was that the breakfast spread was same for all 7 days we stayed

The air con in the room was not working. And the hotel was understaffed so no room service at all. Had to get the room changed as the first one was interconnected with another and there was no lock in between but second room’s air con wasn’t working. I had to drag the luggage around myself during this and visit the reception multiple times

Room was very small and extremely small bathroom. No toiletries provided. Hotel and room were clean. Staff was helpful, welcoming, had smiles, cheerful. Suitable for solo, would be difficult for 2 people to stay in the room.
