Booked through MMT two hours before checking in, had to wait for about 15 minutes at checking in, as my booking had not been updated in the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre computer systems . . The double room was spacious with large windows. The absence of a closet was conspicuous, though there is a provision attached to the wall board with hangers for your clothes. The bathrooms were clean, and sparkling Breakfast was 10GBP with a nice spread. The staff was polite and courteous.

Excellent location in the heart of the City. All major shopping locations within walking distance. Would have been better had the beds been king size. Family suite wasn't as spacious as expected. Overall a nice stay!
