Holiday Inn Express INVERNESS

Property is nice n cosy. Food is good. Staff is very courteous. Centre of the city, few miles away from railway station n airport. No local transport, one should hire a cab or car to transport.

Check in and check out were smooth. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms could have had air conditioning.

Staff was not very co-operative and service could have been better. At reception, they didn’t even know which bus goes to the city center or shops outside are open till what time

We had such a long tour for 12 hours and after returning to the hotel, we were denied to serve dinner even though we were ready to pay. This kind of hospitality is really not appreciated. Especially when you know there are tourists from different zones of the world. Not worth the price!

Hotel had very less staff, room and bathroom cleaning was not done only towels were kept even used towels were not picked. In breakfast only option for a vegetarian was bread butter and jam

Not very satisfied. The staff were very nice though. The car parking was free. The breakfast was decent. The smoking area was quite far from the hotel entrance and it was a pain smoking in the open area, that too considering the extreme chill.
It is too pricey, plus the location is bad, quite far from the city.

Average Hotel. The Location of the property is good. Reception staff not up to the mark, not much polite or welcoming. Rooms were small, bed was tiny. Overall experience was Okay. Nothing great to write about.
