I couldn’t have asked for more from this Hotel Indigo GLASGOW, an IHG hotel. The location is excellent — just a few steps straight out of Glasgow Central Station. Ivana at the front desk was outstanding; she went above and beyond to help with everything. Although there was no porter service, she arranged a trolley herself and even took it up to my door, which was incredibly thoughtful. She also shared some great recommendations about things to do nearby. Breakfast was decent, though I feel there could be more options for Asian vegetarians (eggless). Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay.
