Holiday Inn Glasgow City Centre Theatreland

We stayed in property from 12th Sept till 18th Sept , 7 night . I made booking twice , from 12th to 16th Sept 2 rooms and for 17th & 18th one room only . Feedback Service given by food & beverage team was excellent at breakfast time . Front office team was polite & Humble . Housekeeping Service was not up to the mark , Room was not cleared properly, communicated to Front office also later it was done . There was water leakage in room 312 , being Sunday problem was not resolved however it was supposed to be resolved next day but no one came . Last FOOD at breakfast.Not even single dish was changed during breakfast in 7 days and taste was also average with very limited menu options Finally we landed eating boiled egg every time .

Stay was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay with this hotel. The hotel location is excellent and all areas are accessible easily. Hotel amenities were good. Only gym facility is not available which i missed. Room was absolutely in clean condition. Restaurant service was amazing.

Property is very close to buchanan bus stand making it convenient for all travellers to reach hotel and also close-by to city centre. Checking in was very prompt with not much of formalities. Room was absolutely in clean condition with all necessary amenities. However hotel lacks gym which i missed. Loud bang noise is heard whenever nearby rooms doors are closed which sometimes is disturbing. Hope hotel can fix these doors. Overall stay was comfortable.

We stayed here with our family and had booked 2 rooms. This is wonderful property, very clean, great beds, and super close to all the main walking streets and city centre. Would definitely recommend this to fellow travellers

Water as welcome drink should be included for the reporting guests. Queen size bed for a couple makes it risky to accommodate a couple. Storage to keep two strollers was not available. Room size is just sufficient to accommodate one guest. It is not fit for two persons.
