Pathetic hotel service ans worst staff behaviour

We have experienced the worst hotel service and pathetic staff behaviour in the holiday inn express dunfermline. Never go for this hotel.
The staff behaviour was pathetic. The Holiday Inn staffs were very unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak with their guests.
