Our stay experience was terrible …. First of all the room given had very poor location n the size of the room was very very small… there was no cleaning done in spite of reminder…. There was problem with breakfast also … we didn’t get to eat for two days….the AC was also not working so lots of suffocation…. Our whole holiday got spoilt … our all money got waisted…. Our precious time toooooo… met many guest who had same review about the hotel… so it’s very wrong of you to have suggested this kind of. Place… they are refunding us some money approx 801 poundthrough you but doesn’t solve our problem …. Who is going to compensate for our such a big Loss…. Looking forward for response for your side too…. You have to bear rest of the expenses

The room is good size and very neat and clean and the washroom also very neat and clean and the location is just one minute walk from waverly train station. The staff is very polite and helpful. I didn't try food so can't comment on that.

Just in front of the edinburgh waverley train station. Fabulous location for tourists. Hospitality great

No air conditioner in the rooms, zero room service. Room service in room from the hotel was chargeable. Delivery charges!

We stayed for 4 nights and our overall experience was good.

The rooms were spacious and nice but the view from the room was bad as could See only dustbins/houses. Take the room with front facing but may get noisy

No bellboy, less variety for vegetarians or chicken lovers in breakfast buffet

Very conveniently located - walking distance from Waverly Railway as well as Airport Bus stations. Proximity to High Street and Princess Street also an advantage. Clean and tidy rooms with a fairly good restaurant and bar. Very cheerful and helpful staff

Is nicely located .. Honest and loyal staff .. Helpful .. Parking is not facilitated being the greatest disadvantage of the hotel .. Purely for family and groups. Overall a nice stay. Rooms have three people accommodation and are clean .. Water is a problen

Hotel is beautiful with nice rooms and good restaurant on the ground floor. Also railway station and all shopping areas are very near. All sightseeings are very near from hotel at walking distances. Hotel staff are very good who helped us on the desk to go places around.

We had a great time in Edinburgh! One important factor was the perfect location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy. We got all the assistance required with food and regarding getting around. Will surely recommend it to friends.

Would not really recommend this hotel except for the location which is just off the royal mile, the princess street and the Waverley train station which is only a few steps from the hotel. The room we were given was really horrible with smelly linen and towels. We were later upgraded to a better room after complaining. The staff at the reception was really good and promptly changed the room. The breakfast was also average.

They should consider providing at least one bottle of water per guest as welcome drink. The WiFi experience was pathetic, once logged in should remain logged in. They should also inform the guests that publicity material about Edinburgh is available in the drawers if the room and may be studied. The receptionists should appear human and not like robots.
