familyThey gave us a room made for people with special needs. Something was hanging from the roof of the bathroom such a small sink never seen in my life. No toilet paper no drinking water. At such a price it was really bad.

I went there because my daughter was studying there so meet her. I enjoyed the stay. I met Mr. Antonio Coppola Assistant food and beverage Manager who was very nice and good and so cooperative that was unbelievable. He was always taking care at the time of breakfast and one day I called with concierge to take my luggage down he came at my room to take the luggage down I was very much surprised. I also met with Mr. Vipul Kapur regarding the Air Condition problem in my room he tried his best to solve and also cooperated till last till the issue was not resolved upto our satisfaction. These two managers are the real assets of your hotel.
