    Poor Stay

    Overall its ok. But supervision is very poor which is reflecting in each and every service and amenities. Moreover there isn't anyone to contact if anything needed.

    One-Night Stay Turned Into a Nightmare

    This was a truly traumatic experience. We arrived at the apartment past 7 PM, only to be greeted by a broken and dirty oven top, a dysfunctional TV that couldn’t stand on its own, and a completely non-working water heater. The listing stated that bathrobes would be provided, but they were missing. However, their representative was extremely rude. Instead of assisting with the hot water issue, he got angry at us and insisted we check out by 11 AM, even though the listing clearly stated check-out is before 12 PM. We paid for a stay that didn’t meet the promised standards. With no hot water, we couldn’t even take a shower before leaving. The poor service and unprofessional response made it even worse. This was a completely unacceptable experience, and I would never book here again.
