Feedback on Dinner and Breakfast Experience

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent stay. During dinner, despite being informed about the à la carte menu, I was only offered the available food options. This was disappointing, especially after discussing the menu with you and the supervisor. The dinner experience was not up to expectations. However, I would like to mention that breakfast was a completely different experience. The staff provided excellent service, and I was very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One of the worst experience this is just like a rooms for stay not a good view and atmosphere not a good restaurant near with it. Only 1 good thing is their customer services. Very very disappointed experience.

Very nice hotel inside dubai in tow-en near evry thing, parking very small but have out side parking, room in clean smaill nice (quiet 7/10, size for room is nice not very small, air conditioning very cool, have hot water every time

The property lemon tree has many flaws. Even the location of the property is no where. Nothing is near from it. The food is ok in breakfast. rest for lunch and dinner not at all good. You have to go outside for the food. Special mention of the king size bed which is not at all king size a small bed which can hardly accumulate 2 persons and if you are a family then u are surely in problem. pathetic room and poor drainage system as every time u use washroom u need a person to dry the water out as the water stays in the washroom. very bad bathroom drainage and bed size. no other amenities and service are upto the mark.

We were welcomed by a welcome drink and the staff were very humble and polite. Mr. Mehmoud was extremely helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped bathroom. Room needs more international charging points.

Not a child friendly room and service

We booked a room for about rupees per night however the room size was very very small. It looked so cluttered with our luggage. Also the breakfast did not have options. Both the days the. Food option were same. However the indian chef in the kitchen was amazing. He cooked food for us and it was super delicious. Otherwise the other breakfast options were very less and bad. Room service was not that great. We did not even get the mlk for baby. No bread butter no french fries for kids. It was v difficult to spend more than 2 days at this hotel. Kindly reduce your prices as per the amenities you provide.

Food and front desk - really needs improvement

Location was perfect, middle of everywhere. Ambience of hotel was also good. Food was not up to the standards and the options were limited which we also gave as a feedback to the restaurant even though they tried to offer some customised options for us, with courteous restaurant staff. Also, really weird rule was that we could not have guests past 10pm, we have to pay aed 75 per person if we want to bring them even for an hour after 10 pm. Really strange. Also, strangely, we booked 2 rooms for 5 days some 2 weeks in advance, but somehow the hotel could not manage to give us both rooms on the same floor (adjoining rooms is only a wish) even after continuous requests starting from the day we booked. They said that the hotel was full, and interestingly, we could not find people at the breakfast table other than the few we saw everyday. Really upsetting. In fact, they tried to move 3 of us in one room with additional sofa bed and said it’s an upgrade to the same price as 2 rooms. Seriously!

Overall it was a good & comfortable stay. Front desk will always be ready to help within no time. Breakfast lacked variety. Kite beach is at a walking distance of 10 minutes from the hotel. If you are a first timer in dubai download care-em app and book halal taxi, you can reach anywhere at a reasonable fares with ease.

I would rate it 4. 5 out of 5. The service and the staff were great. I stayed there for about a week and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. For example, housekeeping also used to fold my dirty clothes lol. The staff is so lovely and helpful, especially mentioning parakh. Do try the food at their restaurant 'shabestan, they serve amazing after-meal tea with nokodhchi.
