My booking said my final bill has the tourism fees included, but i was asked to pay it again at the reception during check-in. Hotel staff denied coordinating with MakeMyTrip and make me call them. It too 2 and a half hours for me to coordinate between UAE and India. Hotel staff didn’t seem very warm, fake smiles. As if they looked at you a certain way. Only respect for emiraties.

During my earlier visits abroad i stayed in hotel holiday inn. Was so impressed with their hospitality and thus preferred holiday inn this time as well. The staff is very very courteous be it on reception, restaurant or housekeeping and excellent in every respect. My best wishes to all. Regards

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The rooms are really nice and very modern. Nice ambience, polite staff, good breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very courteous: 10-on-10 for this. Location was also good with easy connectivity to various parts of dubai. However, the food options were very limited for indians. Hardly anything, especially for vegetarians. Breakfast spread was also limited.
