Extra charges and no wi-fi

I checked in by 3pm though signed 2pm as its on the details, no wi-fi which they explained to me it’s low not working, on my check out date was 2 hrs late to check out and the owner had to scold employees to calk me again and again as i was traveling couldn’t pick reached the premises i had to pay extra 30, 000-, i paid it to andrew odongo number but i didn’t use wifi why couldn’t you have some understanding that even the services were not provided enough.
