No electricity for 6 hours, no food, no water

As soon as we checked in, there was no electricity for 6 hrs. We were travel-ling from cappadocia and were hungry, no food at the property and no water. Nearby restaurants were almost 1. 2 kms to walk. We had to buy water every-time we wanted. Pool was occupied by the families but the water was full of flies.
