Grand Denizli Hotel

Fantastic experience. Staff are polite and very helpful. Overall a great experience. The spa is very good . We liked the hammam experience. It is very affordable.

As the name suggests, the property is vast. Yet the staff is curt. I reached here after a day of laborious travel. They were messed up with their check-in procedure. Staff asked me to come again to the reception after I was given keys and was preparing to call it a day. When I called up at the restaurant for ordering dinner, the staff couldn't understand English. I had to go to the eighth-floor restaurant to get food. There also, I was told there's nothing for vegetarians. I ended up having soup and a sandwich. Thankfully it was a one night stay and struggle was over by the morning. Don't know what is the point of paying double the price, as compared to a budget property, if services are so shoddy.
