Terrible experience

I had the most terrible experience for a hotel booking in my life. Although I paid the booking in full, hotel management didn't reserve our 3 rooms and told us they only have a single room. Hotel is by far worse than what is shown in the photos and what is described. It has a totally different name, Apart Hotel rather than Family Suites. Most unprofessional hotel I have ever seen. The only room we were given was so dirty and stinky that I didn't regret that we weren't able to stay longer. I highly recommend people staying away from this hotel. I hope MakeMyTrip will remove this hotel and people will not experience the same awful issues we had.
