Wyndham Istanbul Old City

Excellent location. Right where tourists would like to be. Safe. Helpful staff. Very neat and clean.

The hotel name and how it looks(the photos) are different from what has in the app. There are a few hotels with the same name in the Istanbul city. Since has an incorrect name in the app, we had to roam and hop to different hotels to land in the right one in the early morning 4am. Along with us, the taxi driver was pissed off. After we found the right hotel that has our booking reservation, we see a completely different hotel to that of what we booked. The photos used are of a different Wyndham Hotel, and this has been confirmed by the hotel receptionist. Please note that Wyndham is a group of many hotels and has many hotels in the same name in the Istanbul city center. The hotel that we stayed in is Ramada By Wyndham Hotel, and the name and photo of this hotel have to be updatedto avoid misleading its customers. We had a disappointing stay

This is a completely different property the one showed in the picture during booking is wyndham istanbul old city, but the address and booking confirmation was for another hotel called ramada by wyndham istanbul which is a completely different hotel, amenities, facility address. I am not sure what i should call this! fraud or system error or cheating i was checked after i reached there with my family offloaded the luggage and released the taxi i figured out from reception this is not the hotel and i had to find another taxi van to the other hotel which is really far away from this one and it's not as per our requirement, i am totally upset

Cute hotel, very nice for the price range. But be careful this is ramada old city not wyndham old city. Make my try has messed up the name so i reached the wrong hotel by mistake

Very nice property, staff was friendly. Breakfast can be improved. Sometimes room and bathroom was not properly cleaned. Toiletries and coffee bar was not refilled until l we ask for it.

Good location. Very close to metro station. Most of the visit places are in reach of 15 mins. It is very suitable to explore the old city of istanbul. Suit rooms are great, and the only thing is breakfast is not up to the mark as needed.

Our stay was comfortable with the staff of the hotel taking care for all our needs.. they were courteous and helpful.. a big tick for them…

I stayed in the hotel from 3rd to 8th of Oct, 2023 i.e. 5 nights with my family (total 3 people) and booked executive room. The stay was amazing and the staff is soo helpful and friendly. We reached the hotel at 3 a.m. in the morning and were welcomed by the night duty manager. The staff in the restaurant is the warmest. Be it the chef, at coffee counter and each and every person in the restaurant. Lastly, Serife from housekeeping did a fab job keeping our room clean. I took away 1 star because the room was smaller than what it seemed in the image. Plus the view from all executive rooms if of the back side of the hotel which is not so great. Other than that, everything was great. Can definitely recommend staying with them.

The hotel was good with all modern amenities, centrally located, tram station right across the hotel, very helpful reception staff. The chef at the restaurant mr kurshat was awesome, treated us to some delicious food and yummy cookies. So also ms oz-lam at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay.

The staff at ramada were so helpful, competent and professional. World class service. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I only have praise for them. Moreover, the hotel is located just across the findikzade t1 tram station which was the icing on the cake.

Good stay at Ramada and being in the heart of the city with excellent connectivity and majority of the tourist spots nearby, it is very convenient…

Clean and cozy room, right next to tram station, helpful staff. Standard rooms are small in size though. Rest all good.

Nice hotel. Perfect location for those wanting to visit the market at will. 1 minute walking from the tram station. Courteous hotel staff.

The room is extremely small. There was a lot of dirt beneath the bed. The housekeeping should understand better english. You can't just barge in if there is a Do NOt Distrub sign outside the door. But the biggest bad point is breakfast. Scrambled eggs are watery. Bread selection is bad. Cheap alternatives are presented, for example, some nugget cream instead of and tell. Cheap quality corn flakes etc. Overall it wasn't a nice stay.

Hotel provider us upgrade room, post 1 night. It was a great gesture. The location is perfect and in front of the Tramp station, we enjoyed a lot, but there is no Indian item breakfast available at the hotel.

We booked a twin-bed room by mistake, as a couple we requested a single large bed but the staff refused saying that they don't have any rooms even though the hotel was empty.

The hotel is at a beautiful location amidst busy market and numerous food joints. Metro Station right outside the hotel that can take you to any tourist destination in the City. The hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Only thing that could have been better was the size of the room.
