Terrible Stay

To start with not a wyndham by standard, room are tacky in decoration, if you open room door everything in bathroom is visible so privacy is a big issue. Asked for adapter to convert charger pin to charge phone, duty manager asked for 100tl and said this is available on buying and not as service. Room window open at street so privacy for that as well. For reference have a look at attached picture. Walking corridor to the rooms are not clean and garbage bags were there. All in all nothing like wyndham about it.

The room was magnificent

I booked a premium suite for 4 nights. However, when we reached the property, there was some issue with their system and they didnt have a room available, so for the first night they shifted us to another hotel, assuring us that they will give a room upgrade for the rest of the days. The next day we checked into the hotel, they upgraded us to suite with turkish hamam, which was magnificent. The swimming pool and sauna were good too. Regarding the meals, breakfast was okay, but the dinner was not good, was expecting much better from a 5 star hotel. Overall, the room was the only part of the hotel that felt 5 star.
