Titanic City Taksim

The hotel is excellent, with a very convenient location just a 5-minute walk from taksim metro station. The staff are exceptionally friendly and kind, especially mr. Harun, who was incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is diverse and enjoyable. However, the room furniture could use an update, as the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return in the future.

Excellent location very near the most happening place in Istanbul city. Good amenities. Rooms are okay, not quite spacious.. Temperature regulation with the room AC was poor. Excellent breakfast spread.

Excellent location, breakfast had a variety layout, staff courteous.

The front staff is very good.The hotel does not provide complimentary water bottle per day plus coffee and tea refill. When we called housekeeping, they said we would be charged. On checking out the manager said that you are entitled for free coffee and water. The hotel did not bother to reverse the same on our bill.
