Magnificent location. 1 minute walk to the Galata bridge. 1 minute walk to the Karakoy metro station. The "tunel" station directly around the corner. The The Bank Hotel Istanbul, a Member of Design Hotels - Special Class is located in the building of a former bank. The original big safes in the cellar are used as conference and wine room. Great staff. Helpful in every moment. Our "simple" room in the 4th floor with an excellent design. High-quality materials. Marble. Wood. High ceilings. You will feel like the director of the bank. But don't expect a nice view from the window. River view is only available in the most expensive suite or the rooftop bar. The breakfast was served in the lobby bar (first floor). Small but tasty.

All staff were excellent, making our stay enjoyable, comfortable and leaving us in no doubt we chose the right place for more reasons than the The Bank Hotel Istanbul, a Member of Design Hotels - Special Class. Location central, walk to the places we wanted to see, good access to the metro and tram. Very good value.

Loved it. Beautiful rooms and amazing service. I did have an issue the first night with the noise outside the building; but the The Bank Hotel Istanbul, a Member of Design Hotels - Special Class staff made sure that was changed the following night. Impeccable service.

I had a pleasant stay in this bank converted into The Bank Hotel Istanbul, a Member of Design Hotels - Special Class. Breakfast was delicious and variety is good. One of the best value in money if anyone were to stay in Istanbul.

Staff very friendly and cooperative. Location very good. Breakfast menu not elaborate but still nice.
