Good but somewhat bad also

Location is good. Had issues for late check-out. The event turned out ugly, but the receptionist had the courage to tell me that late payment fees were waved off and I have been put on blacklist of Molton hotels. It's not about money, it's about service.
The sofa was converted to extra bed which was very very uncomfortable.
