Property was really nice and clean. It's in a very ideal area. Staff was super kind and helpful throughout aswell. The shuttle to and from taksim is 24/7 which is very useful in that area. We had stained sheets on one of the days, however, they came and changed it instantly when we requested. The only con is that you can't bring food from outside into the Naz City Hotel Taksim, and can't have visitors in past a certain time. Overall the stay was really good.

Though we told them before that my wife is on wheel chair and they gave us a disabled friendly room...but they didn't have the wheel chair...not there was a ramp at the Naz City Hotel Taksim entrance for wheel chair...every time to enter the Naz City Hotel Taksim ,we needed too lift her
