Won’t recommend to my fellow travellers
Hi i had booked and prepaid this hotel “meroddi galata mansion” and i had informed the hotel before my travel that i will be reaching the hotel after midnight as per my flight schedule. When we reached the hotel at 2 am and we were informed there is no booking by my name. Then this person came and told me that our booking has been moved another “meroddi” hotel. When you reach a hotel after a tiring floght, you don’t expect this kind of welcome at the middle of the night. He made us wait in the lobby and then another guy came to pick us up to another property. My only concern is that when i booked a particular property(near to galata tower), it is inappropriate to move the guest in the middle of the night to another property.
