Perfect location in the old city, quite and comfortable place. Basic breakfast. No hot drinks machine. They have to improve it. Swimming pool does not work out of season. Good value for money. A little bit far from the airport bus 600 stop. Any way we liked the place.
No frills but good services

I got a steal on the room rates as I was visiting in the off season so didn't expect much. Basic facilities, however, the staff is very good and more than happy to help when needed. Rooms are a bit run down but I guess the location and price made up for it. Nothing much to do in the Art City Hotel Istanbul - Boutique Class except enjoy the ocean view from the terrace lounge. If you are looking for a place just to crash in the night and spend the day out, this place is good to go.
