familyOverall the hotel was good but we were offered a basement room falsely claiming it as an upgrade which was too small in height and size, the height was not more than 5”11. The receptionist both the guy and female were very rude. For every help required they said a big “big no” and very uncooperative. Do not book here. The female receptionist simply is non supportive. Breakfast is no good for indians. The female chef was very very rude and non cooperative and felt racist.
