businessVery bad experience. Our maiden visit to tunisia. Booked 2 rooms through mm t at hotel ibn khaldoun at tunis. When we reached hotel at around 4pm, hotel denied having any booking for us. Though we had booked the rooms by prepayment for one night, hotel said that we have no booking from us we had to run around for searching for rooms. We strongly demand the compensation with apology from mmt. Your immediate response would be appreciated. It was observed that the hotel ibn khaldoun was fully booked for some event from 19th till 23rd dc 2024. Front desk office mr. Hatim was, though polite, was not of any help to us in our trouble and helplessness.
