Sailor Hotel Pattaya

The hotel was very good and all staff were cooperative and helpful. And location of the hotel was quite approachable and property is new and well maintained. I feel good to stay there and I recommend to this hotel for everyone.

In Bangkok a very famous place is Indra square market and this hotel is just behind them . The hotel is good to stay ..

Property is maintained well and it's neat, the cleaning team is responsive however the team sitting in the reception need to be better trained to display good hospitality to the guests and not show areogancy.

The room was fine, however the staff was really rude. The television and the locker in the room were faulty, and when we asked to get it fixed, the lady at the front desk asked us to move into a much smaller room, or which we disagreed. Then she said there is no other option. When we continued requesting, we threatened to call the police. Next day, we wanted to replace our water glasses, for which she said that fresh glasses aren't available.

Excellent location, 900 mtrs from walking street, convenience store & 2 thai food restaurants 1/2 minute from hotel. 7/11 & indian restaurants are a 4 min walk. Courteous & friendly staff at this hotel. Rooms are good & value for money.

Yes, hotel rooms are small. But this hotel is even smaller with a poor lay out. To define the bathroom space from the bed there is a curtain that you can draw closed. There is a lack of storage and no good location.

They are most selfish people. Never have any courtesy for their customers. WiFi not working. No Power backup. Refuse to allow breakfast served on common area. interrupt and say, NO YOU HAVE NO BREAKFAST ID.. TS.

Very good hotel, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, easy transportation available and all you can walk within in the walkable distances like, beach, walking street, very good experience. Very good

2pm check in time and 11 am out time, what they do in 3 hours i know. When i enter room was clean, ac is good. But didn't come for cleaning in the next day, didn't give water.

It was really so good and worth the money as it was a cheaper hotel i got on make my trip thank you makemytrip the owner of it really was so useful and great to stay in a sailor hotel in pattaya
