Missing cleanliness

The rooms were not cleaned properly and there were tons of fleas in the rooms. The overall property structure is not maintained well and the photos posted are all of newly constructed rooms rather than the old ones which are the majority. The staff is helpful but major aspects like not maintained rooms, missing amenities, secluded location (hard to reach, no nearby convenience stores, a beach (too many shells and rocks on the beach, very high pricing post full moon party made it a poor experience for us.
