familyRoom was not the same which was shown in the picture. Breakfast was horrible. Wifi was not working, staff doesnt understand even a single word of english. There was no phone in the room to connect with the reception. Reception was too far from the room and because of which my parents couldn’t go anywhere. Driver and car of the hotel was not available to bring us from the room to the reception. No one came to take the luggage from the room while checking out, i had to pull all the suitcases. I complaint also, but no resolution. I am simply outraged by the whole experience. No indian should go and stay there.
