Excellent location, room quality and staff

Let me start off with the location. The Citypoint Hotel is located at 2 mins walking distance from two metro stations making connectivity very easy. There is a mall at the same distance. Offering all convenience of shopping and eating. Coming to the staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decently sized with all major amenities. Breakfast is a limited set, but good and tasty.

Spacious and Cleanliness are two words that clicks to me first recalling my stay here. It is definitely one among the average budgeted Citypoint Hotels located in quite prime location with easy access to every visiting places. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Over all Citypoint Hotel was good, but front desk staff needs more training on CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were not greeted properly, front desk staff seems to be upset and wouldn't know how to smile. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location of the Citypoint Hotel, Value for Money, Very near to both the BTS and MRT stations. Good breakfast, Clean rooms, Quite locality, but at prime location from most tourist spots on Sukhumvit. Only negative is that they do not have a pool, but that's OK.

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds and no outside noise. Very near and walkable distance from Ashoke BTS. Due to the location it made our commute very easy within city. Only drawback is limited items in breakfast menu.

The Citypoint Hotel is located right next to BTS Sky train and is next to Soi Cowboy, one of the happening places in Bangkok. Clean rooms and Friendly staff who attends to your every need. Definitely value for money.
