No basic amenities in the room

Major amenities were missing like no electric kettle in the room, no tv, no telephone, no room service, mattress was hard and uncomfortable, surprisingly no coffee & tea as part of complimentary breakfast ( it’s on chargeable basis separately ) it’s just an average resort and overpriced as compared to others
