Great property but average service

The resort is great with lovely rooms esp big bathrooms, lovely breakfast and beautiful white sand Beach but the service is not corresponding to the 5 star Melia Zanzibars. The staff expected us to carry our luggage along with him, the receptionist was a little rude at the time of check in, and the room dining options are few plus you wont go out to eat much as things are distant so prefer to take a half or full board along.
