Terrible Stay
It was terrible, I ordered room service for vegan sandwiche . The staff asked me to pay first and said she would bring the ordered sandwich back. Also, she mentioned that the prices on menu were changed and not updated so I’ll have to pay 3 times more the price of what was mentioned. She kept insisting on me paying even first to close the bill and then she would bring back my vegan sandwich. When I denied stating why will pay for food that hasn’t arrived yet and whats the guarantee that you’ll not bring back the same sandwich by removing the same sandwich she said very rudely that this is five star hotel why will you not get a vegan sandwich. If they had it, why would they not serve in the first place. Very rude staff, one guy even stopped me from entering the hotel back from a retail store that was attached with the hotel and rudely asked where am I going? A basic hotel in small towns might have better service than this. If pathetic food, pathetic rooms and waste of money.
