United Hotel

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Took care of smallest of requests. Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this hotel for business and personal trips.

The hotel location and staff are friendly. There is no scope for early check in, even 15 minutes so make sure to request if necessary. The hotel is clean but you can see it's getting old. There are small cockroach which can be pesky. The charging ports are highly uncomfortable places and there is only one in the room. I feel overall it's a balances hotel and I can't say anything is a deal a breaker.

Very good Hotel with modern facilities. Great food and excellent location. Behaviour of staff is also friendly. Would recommend it to all who go to Taipei.

Awesome hotel .. Excellent location .. View of Taipei 101 is just sparkling ... My 2nd stay in this hotel .. Every time will stay at same place. MRT is close by. 7 eleven store is available just infront of the hotel .. Indian restaurants are very near.

It was very nice location. All must visit places of Taipai are nearby to this hotel. Hotel staff is co-operative and friendly. Cleanliness and service is very nice. Complimentary Breakfast (Food) is delicious. Overall it is value for money place. Very nice.
