Amazing staff and great room

It was a great stay. The room was very clean and nice. The staff especially at the reception at all times was very friendly and helpful. They helped me exchange my euros to ntd and even book a taxi for the zoo and airport. The person at the reception even went back inside the K Hotels Dunnan to get me a card of the K Hotels Dunnan so that it would be easier for me to get back from the zoo. All that s when i knew only english.
