ibis Zurich City West

Ibis Zurich city west provided an excellent experience and exceptional service. good food, great location and outstanding staff.

the hotel room and services were average no hot water kettle or even coffee, sugar sachet in the room. ibis in other places is way better but here cost cutting was way more evident. if you are with family think twice good only for business visit

The hotel had good and clean rooms, we had the 3 person bedroom and it had enough space, and easy accessibility to transportation. Good location.

Location is good , 1 km from main station, easy to commute via tram. Hotel room is good. Breakfast is ok, very limited options. No water boiling kettle in room.

Location is so good but the room was so small

Stay at ibis was good. Property cleanliness, staff friendliness and ambience was good. Location of hotel is very good, tram station is at walkable distance and nr. Zurich main train station.

Overall good location and good breakfast. Room size was very small with very limited space to keep luggage and even walk in room. No hot water or coffee/tea arrangements. Need to go down to reception for hot water, microwave and ironing.

Ibis was really in central place…near to 3 to 4 Indian restaurant in walking distance. Staff call Catherine was very nice to us..she extended the checkout hours for one of our room. Good size property..reasonable breakfast price and very good location.

Great facilities, great location connecting bus stop. Also have good food joints & party places around. More suitable for work visit.

Nice and peaceful locality. No fuss over check in timing, well ventilated and cozy rooms. Neatly maintained rooms. Should provide a safe for keeping valuables.

It was very well located and very neat having apt facilities as well. Its worth the money in expensive city. Just the breakfast need more options.

Nice hotel great service love to be there again

This is one of the best Hotel for family or couple looking to fit into budget trip. Also lot of indian restaurant near by. Good recommendation by make my trip.

Rooms are like matchboxes with literally no amenities provided, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast has nothing much but bread. There are no lockers or cupboards as suggested in the picture. The bed was comfortable, TV has mobile connectivity so you can avoid watching German channels all the time. The hotel is at 2 minutes walkable distance from a Tram stop.

Room was pretty small, though it had all comfortable things, I guess had not booked such a small room, my stay was very short So not much time spent in Hotel Tram Station very close is a bonus Not much to rave about Check in, check out was easy and fast

There was no drinking water. No kettle for tea. Too small wash room. However front desk staff was very friendly.

This was a good clean hotel. Tram/bus stop is 2 mins away. However, the main city centre is 10 mins away.

Hotel do not provide drinking water and hot water kettle
