The staff were very friendly. In addition, we got a complimentary travel pass for use in bern city from the Sorell Hotel Arabelle Bern. Nice place for medium budget travellers. And close to Bern Banhof Railway Station. I would recommend to travellers with medium budget and hats off to the Makemytrip team.

Property was clean, safe, Secured, close to Railway station and city centre. Breakfast was excellent. Amenities were good and comfortable. The services and staff was very accommodative and hospitable.
