Moxy Bern Expo

The stay was excellent. The hotel staff was very hospitable. They made our stay very comfortable. Especially, they were very helpful around the breakfast time, and to our questions for places around the city. The city pass provided by the hotel was very helpful.

Property was situated outside the old town but well connected by train/tram/bus. Rooms were comfortable and staff friendly. All in all a good experience

moxy didn't meet any of marriott standards. i mean i have stayed in marriott earlier too. i was travelling out of india and my major stay was in bern at moxy. since there was a weather change, we fell ill. i thought they would have a coffee make which is basic. but they didn't. on top of all, when ordered the coffee...it was so bad and not worth for 4euros. in th city, i had the wonderful ones within 2 euros. their ac wasn't working. it was so hot. the staff needs to be trained there. not helpful at all.. the room was so empty😒
