The Hotel is located with a very beautiful View and close to City centre. Only at night does the Road where the Hotel is located gets a bit dark. Very beautiful Hotel. Spacious rooms. Good detail to cleanliness. There is a restaurant inside the Hotel that serve delicious pizza and French fries. The reception has a working fire place and a tv. Staff is very cordial and helpful. I problem that I faced was with the wifi which was extremely slow. Also, the wifi signals disappear at ground floor rooms. Apart from the wifi, I would definitely recommend the Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in Nuwara Eliya. It's one Hotel where the pictures don't do justice to the actual rooms and the reality is better than pictures posted.

Excellent service, specious room and grand breakfast! We love it so much especially the balcony view in the morning with tea! Super helpful staff especially the front office guy ! He is so innocent and helpful and uncle who takes care of everthing as his own! Definitly recomended stay

A fantastic budget Panorama Green View Hotel located just walking distance from Nuwara Eliya town, behind the Victoria park. Hotel facilities were up to the mark. They provide a very nice breakfast.
