The front office desk was a little rude and this hotel has issues with their room door keys. I suffered thrice when the key didn't work

The stay was a very comfortable experience, the staff is very helpful and the location has great access to some amazing food joints and pubs in the area. A definite recommendation if you're staying in Negombo. The best hotel in that area.

Modern rooms with stunning view of the garden and Beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool Side is peaceful and surrounded with trees. Amuse stay if u Haden the budget! The gym has glass wall s and decently equipped. Food is average.

Second time had bad experience with Heritance . The staff in Heritance are really bad in terms of behavior, approach and attitude towards their customer. They had proved this twice to me. I am frequent traveler to Srilanka (once in every 2 months) and I found better hotels in Negombo where the staffs are making the stay more comfortable by their service. I will strongly recommend to look Around for better hotels in Negombo as I found jet wing as better option.
