Sorry to say I'm totally disappointed this is my first experience with hotel.Washroom and bed room everywhere can see cockroaches. There is some bad smell in the passage it's like it's from the kitchen .When we open the door we can feel . Sorry never expected

bad smell when doors are open especially in passage, 🪳 cockroach roaming around in washroom as well bedroom.Just a night we spend sorry 😞 Not happy

Stay right in city center. Good rooms. Fantastic staff and service. Hotel needs to improve on exhaust in restaurant kitchen, as the baking smell enters rooms and passage area, which irritates when you stay more than a day.

Bad experience with this hotel. Hotel staff was rude and bad behaviour. Property charged for 2 meals (dinner and breakfast) but didn't provide dinner. made dinner from leftovers from morning breakfast. No toiletries was provided. was charged separately for basic toiletries.

It was below average experience, wifi was not working! they did care, even after complaining multiple times. Sink was clogged! damaged wooden of twin bed. They also had old tv which is not justified for the price we paid

Kandy city hotel is bad and poorly maintained, entire hallway stinks the carpet’s dirty, entire cutlery is unhygienic and staff doesn’t even care to clean those before serving food in them.

The location is great, room size is a little compact for 2 adults, but manageable. Most of the things are in walking distance

Hotel room not clean, deluxe room is so small that it can't even have space to fit two trolleys. Not worth the price they charge for that room. Terrible experience

Ok for a night don't expect too much from this, they don't have buffet they will give you set menu and will serve with a heavy heart

Polite receptionist quick check in. Room was neat & clean. Very central location. Food was good. Staff were helpful & polite

Price worthy. Room is good and food is really amazing. We had dinner and breakfast buffet here. Items were truly yummy. Clean wash rooms.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance of 10 mins ( 750 m to 950 m) from the kandy railway station and kandy bus depot. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and helpful and they speak english (which helps tourist. The rooms are spacious and neat, local market and many restaurants are located at a walkable distance of 2 - 3 mins.

The hotel is situated in one of the main market areas very close to the kandy city center mall. The staff are attentive and whenever i asked for something, be it an extra sheet, pillow, or the iron box, it was promptly delivered. I cant rate the breakfast as i didn't have it in the hotel, but did have the noodle egg drop soup and chicken fried rice for dinner. Both were well prepared. Coming to the accommodation. Rooms are comfortable enough. The windows can be opened. There is a large wardrobe, and a ceiling fan which was a bonus. However, the bathroom smells. It smells bad enough for me to give it an average rating.

Location was main busy road, lunch we ate at the restaurant it was tasty, breakfast is limited but filling. Room are clean with sitting balcony.

Location of the hotel was right near city center. It's at the edge of local market and city center breakfast, 3-4 items were finished and they did not prepare and fill it back. When asked, they said they won't and it's empty. Totally not worth the extra amount you pay for buffet breakfast. You expect all items to be available at a buffet breakfast coming to the room. Hot water wasn't available of day 1 which got rectified only on day 2 that too evening, had to settle for a cold shower in kandy for a day cockroaches in the room and bathroom. Disappointed with the cleanliness. Wifi wasn't connecting, upon insisting many times i was given a separate device for wifi, which was helpful. Staff is helpful, but can only sympathise and not provide solution. Aircon was fine. Water kettle was provided along with tea bags and instant coffee. And a couple of mineral water bottles were also provided.

Very nice location near dalada maligava buddha mandir yunesko site. Very nice hospitality by hotel management.

3 star hotels are typically more budget-friendly and offer basic amenities

Rooms allotted were not even 250 sq ft. They were small. The pictures of the hotel doesn't match to the places. So don't go for the book by its cover.

It was small and okay. Not much space.
