A Wonderful Stay at Kandy City Hotel I had a fantastic stay at Kandy City Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the town area, which made shopping and transportation very convenient. I absolutely loved the room and the facilities. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff and the Manager were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the early check-in they offered me, especially since I was traveling from Colombo and needed the rest due to my age. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. The Kandy City Hotel by Earl's’s restaurant was lovely, and the service was excellent. I also want to thank the team for arranging transport for my sightseeing – it made exploring Kandy so much easier and more enjoyable. I’m truly satisfied with my stay and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every staff member who made my visit a memorable and enjoyable one. Highly recommended!

The Kandy City Hotel by Earl's is located at a walkable distance of 10 mins ( 750 m to 950 m) from the kandy railway station and kandy bus depot. The staff of the Kandy City Hotel by Earl's is very polite, friendly and helpful and they speak english (which helps tourist. The rooms are spacious and neat, local market and many restaurants are located at a walkable distance of 2 - 3 mins.

Stay right in city center. Good rooms. Fantastic staff and service. Hotel needs to improve on exhaust in restaurant kitchen, as the baking smell enters rooms and passage area, which irritates when you stay more than a day.
