Terrible Experience

A terrible experience on having a stay with this Hotel. The hotel had no Fan, Hot Bathing water facility, Electric kettle and not even electricity. Hotel Staff did not respond well and cooperate.

coupleThe whole property is a scam! I had read bad reviews of this place but was assured that if a chalet room is booked, it will be the best service hospitality and condition. But I was in utter shock with the way the property operated vide its manager Mr. ravi who gave us only false messages and commitments of the room being changed, electricity not functioning, changing light bulbs in the room which by the way, half in the room were not functioning. There were spider webs, dead cockroaches, extremely foul smell, torn bedsheets, non functioning geyser, no toileteries, no drinking water, and an extremely unreliable management. They kept telling us from the moment we checked in that they will change our room, but they did not. They kept giving fake assurances with clearly no intention to honour any one of them. NOT ONE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED IN OUR ENTIRE STAY OF 3 DAYS. This property must be blacklisted
