Review Of Juliana Hotel Colombo

Very poor service and the whole hotel stinks and very poor and rude behaviour from the reception managers

they don't provide blankets room is also very poor with the cleaning no extra things are provided like shampoo soap or tea the hotel itself gives you a horror vibe not at all recommendated.

Bugs around no room service no water no wifi make my trip says it’s included with all but nothing was there

Room full of smell beds are damaged walls full fungus no ac worked bedsheets no washed too much bad room

We were asked to wait for half an hour to check the booking, they couldn't find any ref and we re asked to keep our passport till they find the reference One room was given, which didn't had any facilities,we complained for the same ,room was changed after 2 hours of followup . Rooms are sinking with fungus smell.Some how survived the scare

Don't book juliana hotel

Pretty old hotel with no breakfast service as well as no wifi. Location is quite good but need to do lot of renovation to attract international guests

We just had to spend one night so we selected this hotel. It's not worth of taking this hotel as the facilities were terrible.
