Mmt and xon’s had miserable coordination

It’s a prepaid trip for 10nights while hotel staff claims that mmt has booked only 9 nights and they have no availability. Mm t staff is miserable and incapable to even help with the alternative accommodation. Now it’s been 5-6 days and they’re unable to provide refunds or any plausible explanation for the mess they have created. Has been a disaster experience in a new country. Beware of the worst service and incompetent staff from mmt
