The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel - Ushuaïa Club entrance included

Well, this hotel has almost everything you can ask for, a nice swimming pool, good bars, breakfast was super fancy & nice, staff is so welcoming, helps you every time. Located to nearest supermarkets, restaurants & bars. Would love to come again definitely.

Stay was an experience but don’t expect large room of grand service. In my 3 days stay ac was not working and could not be repaired. But the breakfast is the best i have ever seen and it’s on the beach which is a great positive. If the stay is on the party dates then it will be the best stay of lifetime

I would definitely share such a bad experience at ibiza. 1st - we went early to hotel 5 am in morning due to some flight confusions. We asked for early check in, they refused. Then we sat in there lobby on red sofas, but the worst part was that they told get out of hotel and come when u check in. That was ridiculous part we two couples were shocked to see there such a negative attitude. Yes. Also at the time of checkout they were trying to raise bills of minibar for the things they haven’t put into our rooms. There was girl angelina on reception, she was such a rude and nonsense. She told let check camera. We’re we’re getting late then also we went again to room and checked outside cameras and all and then finally there housekeeping admitted it was there mistake. They forgot to put few items in room and for that reception wasted and harassed us for 1 hour. I would definitely say dont go to ushuaia now such a arrogant staff they have. One bald man of security says get out of hotel when u are there with your family. Disgusting !

It's out of the world. It's a must-visit hotel with plush design and perfects to relax and chill.

If you want to party in Ibiza, this is the place to be. The rooms in the club section of the Hotel directly overlook the party area. The rooms are amazing with interiors so luxurious.

Stay was fantabulous and staff were very helpful.
You have just everything you need in your room. Not missing home.
