Big resort but out of the way and up on a hill so ensure checkin timings

We checked in after midnight. The reception was short staffed and the buggy wasn’t available to drop us off at our rooms but there wasn’t anyone available to show us up the route too. We were at the far end of the resort so it was a long way uphill. Not well located so it can be hard getting around if you aren’t renting a car. Housekeeping, hygiene and hotel service was all good except for some of these issues. Families would appreciate the place a whole lot more as there’s so much for the kids to do.
