Room was denied saying i have no booking ! had to wait 30/40 mins at 1 am local time ! Ac was not working ! Water was not flowing out of sink ! Horrible you must compensate for this exp .

Staff is not so polite, stay is ok but there is no way to reach room service. overall ok ok, location also far from main city

Good location and facilities. Slightly high prices. Indians should not buy breakfast here. No supermarkets around. Buy water beforehand. Very expensive at the hotel

Experience was really bad. Staff was really rude. Very far from the city. If going on a vacation then this hotel should be avoided. Very expensive with no room service or facilities. They charge for everything. Charged 10 euros additional everyday for a water kettle to hear water.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and resourceful. They speak good English. It is located in a peaceful good residential area. The neighborhood is good. The place also has good public transportation connectivity to the city centre. It also has a direct bus to the airport. The breakfast was very good. They had lot of varieties and was open for a long time (till 12 noon on weekends, till 11 AM on weekdays, I think). We had no problem checking out in the early morning and the reception staff even offered us coffee just before we leave. The rooms were very nice and clean. They also offered us a lot of useful booklets to tour around Barcelona and they were also well-versed with the near-by restaurants. I highly recommend this place for staying.
